Data Lakehouse
Every Record in One Governed Home.
Your accounting, ERP, CRM, and field apps each hold a piece of the truth. A data lakehouse pulls all of it into one store you own, cleaned and ready for dashboards, enterprise search, and AI that answers from real data.
What Is a Data Lakehouse?
A data lakehouse is a single store that combines the cheap, flexible storage of a data lake with the structure and reliability of a data warehouse. Raw exports from every system land in one place, and the same store also holds clean, typed tables your reports and applications can query directly. No second copy, no separate warehouse to keep in sync.
We build it in layers. Layer one keeps the raw data exactly as each system sent it, so nothing is lost and every change is kept. Layer two cleans, de-duplicates, and joins records across systems, so a customer in your CRM, an invoice in accounting, and a job in project management line up as one record. Layer three holds business-ready tables shaped around how you report and operate. Dashboards, enterprise search, AI agents, and MCP servers all read from that top layer.
It runs in a cloud account you own, under permissions you control. You are not paying per seat to see your own numbers, and you are not locked into a vendor that holds your history hostage.
How We Build It
- 01 / 06
Map your systems of record
We inventory every system that holds part of the truth (accounting, ERP, CRM, project management, email, file storage, field apps) and decide which records matter and who owns them.
- 02 / 06
Build the connectors
Each system syncs into the raw layer on a schedule you set, through its API or export. Every load is stamped and kept, so history is never overwritten.
- 03 / 06
Clean and join
We standardize names, dates, and IDs, remove duplicates, and match records across systems so one customer, job, or property shows up as one row.
- 04 / 06
Model the business layer
We shape business-ready tables around the questions you actually ask: revenue by job, margin by customer, backlog by month, open items by owner.
- 05 / 06
Govern access
Roles and permissions decide who can see which tables and columns, with logging on every read. Sensitive fields stay locked down.
- 06 / 06
Feed every consumer
Dashboards, enterprise search, AI agents, and MCP servers all read from the same governed layer, so every answer starts from the same numbers.
Built With
What a Data Lakehouse Gives You
One place to look, one set of numbers, and a foundation your reports and AI can trust.
Every system, one place
Accounting, ERP, CRM, project management, email, file storage, and field apps sync into one store on a schedule you set. No more stitching exports together in spreadsheets.
History you can trust
Every change is kept and nothing is overwritten, so you can see what a number was last quarter, not just what it is today.
AI-ready
Clean, joined, permissioned data is what makes AI useful. The lakehouse feeds enterprise search, AI agents, and MCP servers with cited, current records.
You own it, no per-seat fees
It runs in your cloud, on your data, under your permissions. Add people without adding seats, and keep your history if you ever change tools.
How It Works Across Industries
The same layered store, fed by the systems each industry already runs. Explore the build for your world.
Jobs, costs, and field data finally in one place.
Sync Procore, your accounting system, and your field apps into one store, so job cost, change orders, and daily reports line up by project without a spreadsheet in between.
Built one source at a time, owned by you.
A lakehouse is a custom software build with the strategy to back it. We start with the systems that answer your most expensive questions, prove the numbers, then add sources until every record has one home.
